New wooden pallets
New timber pallets are specified when the load, the customer or the destination requires a known, consistent starting point rather than a graded second-hand base.

A new pallet is built to a defined specification: board thickness, deck coverage, block or stringer construction, fastening pattern and overall dimensions. That predictability matters when a load is being palletised for air freight build-up, sealed into a container, or handed to a customer whose own goods-in standard specifies new timber.
Where wooden packaging is leaving or entering a customs territory that applies ISPM 15, the treatment and marking requirement applies to the pallet itself, not to the goods. New timber is not automatically compliant — it must be heat treated and marked by an authorised operator. We will tell you plainly whether a requirement needs treated and marked timber and what would have to be confirmed before despatch.
We do not claim treatment registration, stock holdings or load ratings on this website. Those details are established for your specific enquiry, in writing, before anything is committed.
Typically suited to
- Export consignments where the buyer specifies new packaging
- Air freight build-up needing dimensional consistency across a batch
- Sealed container loads where re-work in transit is impossible
- Cleanroom-adjacent, pharma or high-value cargo handling
What to tell us in an enquiry
- Size and build requirement, including deck pattern if it is specified to you
- Whether the destination requires ISPM 15 heat treatment and marking
- Quantity per delivery and whether the requirement repeats
Availability, specification and grading are confirmed on assessment of your requirement. We do not publish stock levels, load ratings or prices on this site.
