Pallet range
Bespoke pallets and cases
When cargo does not fit a standard footprint, the base is designed around the cargo rather than the other way round.
Request a quote for bespoke pallets and casesBespoke work typically starts from three facts: the dimensions and weight distribution of the item, how it will be lifted and handled at every stage, and the transport mode. Machinery, aerospace components, marine parts and instrumentation frequently need a skid, a runnered base or a full case rather than a pallet.
Airport and port handling adds constraints. A base that works on a factory floor may be unsuitable once forklift access, aircraft or vessel loading, tie-down points and stacking in a warehouse are considered. Those constraints are worth raising at the design stage, not at collection.
We do not publish load ratings or design claims on this site. A bespoke requirement is assessed on the information you provide and confirmed in writing before anything is built.
Typically suited to
- Machinery, plant and heavy engineering movements
- Aerospace and marine components with awkward geometry
- High-value or fragile cargo needing a case or crate base
- Repeat production runs of a non-standard footprint
What to tell us in an enquiry
- Dimensions, weight and centre of gravity if known
- Handling and lifting method at each stage of the journey
- Transport mode, destination and whether ISPM 15 marking is needed
Availability, specification and grading are confirmed on assessment of your requirement. We do not publish stock levels, load ratings or prices on this site.
